Mystery Diner's Club
We love feedback, good and constructive! Once a month we will invite members to join us as Mystery Diners. (Selected randomly each month for each of our pubs).
When selected you will be given a questionnaire and details of the pub you and a partner or friend need to visit within the next two weeks. If you could provide us with feedback on everything from the food to the service, cleanliness and design of our pub.
After your visit if you could fill in your questionnaire and send it back to us with a copy of your receipt. We will then reimburse you for the total price of your meal, including any drinks.
It's that simple, we get great feedback from valued customers and you get a free night out and the chance to be a roaming reporter!!!
