Initially I was just a chef when I first started but after the training I was given the Head Chef role at The Bell Inn, before being promoted to Executive chef. Now i'm in charge of the running of all the kitchens

I started working for Authentic Pub Co. when I was 18 and since then I have been promoted from a barman, to Supervisor, to Assistant Manager and then to marketing and promotion manager.

I was hired as a waiter and within 6 months of training and hard work I was promoted to assistant manager. Soon after they felt I was ready to be a General Manager.

I began my time at Authentic Pub Co. as a breakfast server before being given the chance to become a supervisor. Within 8 months I was an assistant manager.

I use to be the supervisor for The Kings Arms Epsom before Authentic Pub Co. took over and they promoted me straight away to assistant manager which has been great since they took over.

I started as a waiter and after 6 months was promoted to assistant manager because they recognised my hard work and believed in me

I started as a waitress and got promoted to assistant manager in 7months. I then went to study my masters and instead of having to quit Authentic Pub Co. made me a floor supervisor so I can do both.

I have been a waitress for a long time and when Authentic Pub Co. took over the Kings Arms Epsom they made me a supervisor because they said they knew I could do more than just be a waitress

I have worked for Authentic Pub Co. since April 2014 as a trainee assistant manager. Now I am pleased to say I was given the role of Assistant manager 6 months later and I am enjoying the new challenge.
